NO REFAND if you have a best friend who is deaf together you planed to stat a business which need k10 000 and you both worked hard and manage k9 900 left with the k100 to state the business. later you have owned a contract outsid town, you both agreed that you go and he remain behind with the money, you went and came back in two weeks time and find that your friend with the money has lost his sight, but he had the money hiden samewhere secret. you are back and you want the money from him. but how can you tell him that you need money.he cant see nor hear.
