NO WEIGHTS, NO WORRIES, NO EXCUSES: Evening workout for anybody whos up for it. Were on stand by so I am gonna be dng this too. -Stretch -8 sets of 100 yard sprints military jumping jacks in between each sprint -squat jumps 20 yards, frog jumps 20 yards repate for the 100 yards for 5 sets -lunges 20 yards, back lunges 20 yards repeat same as above Full body workout: (20 push ups in between each set) 50 Jumping jacks 50 half jumping jacks 50 Burpees with push up claps 50 A-Crunches 50 C-Crunches 50 Reverse crunches 50 split lunges 50 star crunches 2-50 second hold planks 50 plank ups 50 push ups with a twist 50 Navy seal Push ups 50 nose dive push ups 6-50 yard sprints 2 full go sprints from Sprinting Start position (just like a track sprinter would do) Jog 2 laps Cooldown with some yoga poses:make sure to breath every pose. -down dog to plank to forward fold, half way lift to forward fold to plank to cobra to reposition into warriors pose finish with Goodmornings and complete at hearts center. Do this at your pace. Its not a race and this workout is for you. Show yourself that you can get a workout in and make yourself feel accomplished after the workout. Because you completed it. If not than keep it and push towards completion. You got this. And you will feel awesome, I promise :) Great job and an introduction to the Beast mode Workout. Give it a whirl.
