NO281---About 1100 personels of Japan Self-Defense Forces will have arrived in Leyte island today. As I belongs to a volunteer group, I should go there. But, for some reason, I can not go there, but I am planning to Manila where I would try to contact some Japanese group soon. From now I am going to reserach how to contact some Japanes groups in Manila. We are able to understand those people in the philippines because we have had some terrible experinces in the past here. For example, there was called the Great Kanto Earthquake that killed 90,000 people and injured 100,000 in Tokyo. And about 3 years ago, Tunami killed many many people in Hukushima. I myself lost 200 friends at that time. We must help each others. 22/11/2013
