NOBODY HAS A GREAT MUM LIKE MINE. Madam Tina seizes a cane n gives a thorough beating...this was class four several yrs ago...the whack of the cane was becoming unbearable...galz esp those I had made eyes were laughing as they saw tears welling in my eyes...i was still counting but I had lost the count at around 15 going 20.....this was becoming too much...especially being caned in front of my galfren Cherubet chebo kap Ruben....she looked at my eyes n my eyes met hers....i had to do sth....as mdm raised her hand to strike the whack no 20 sthng....i met the cane in the air n grabbed it...i shocked the whole class...but soon the other male tcrs wud com....i dashed out...Mr Karue was standing outside...on seeing this,....he shouted ,Claaaaasssd Eiiiiiight!......the race began.,...the wol class 8boys being led by the mighty barefooted Kipkirong....weritab nyabolo....my hom was so near school...n in no time i was at hom with class in hot pursuit...i rushed in just in time to enter n bolt the door frm inside...my mum rushed frm the kitchen n shouted...nyinyi wajinga Sana,mbona mnafukuza mtoto yangu kama sungura....now who doesnt want such a mother...kipkirong n company made back to school...i opened the door n she consoled me...i showed her how unfairly I had been caned..,she was so angry...n termed it as an injustice...hawa walimu wataniona...i was beside myself with joy...she cooked tea n we drank together...n said she couldnt wait till the following day to give those tcrs a piece of her mind...i felt a hero...she took me back...my mum stormed into the school compound furiously..i waved at akina kipkirong while they were in class...i cud see my classmates peep...i saw my cherubs....my mum wanted to see the principal to protest an injustice...we were ushered in...when we got in she bolted the door n said....mwolimo....huyu kijana amekuwa mtundu Sana......fanya kazi yako...the HM replied....asante mum....rudi enda fanya kazi zako tufanye yetu...he opened the door...we remained wt the beast inside his office...well as they say the rest is history.....sema kuwekwa kwa Meza juu...niliundwa mpaka cherubs akalia.....wa mama kweli!
