NON SUGAR HOMEMADE MARMALADE made in less than 10 min... Yeap you can make your own marmalade at home with no sugar just adding chia seeds and husk, so quick, yummy and healthy πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ so put in a pot 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup water, bring to boil and cook for another a few minutes till thicken, take of the fire and add 1tsp husk, 1tsp chia seeds, cinnamon, a little bit lemon, you can add as well some natural protein powder, if you want more sweet taste add some stevia. You can as well make it with different fruits like apple, strawberries, watermelon, etc. I love eating it with a low carb bread with some peanut butter. Or i put it on top of my low fat natural yogurt for sweets snacks.πŸ˜‰
