NORTHCOTE ROOM AVAILABLE FROM MAY 10: As I will be leaving the country in May, unfortunately this means I will be leaving my beautiful Northcote abode. I am putting the word out now that my room will be available from MAY 10. A lovely lass or lad is needed to join Ellisha and Kimberley. These girls are two of the loveliest housemates one could ask for. Both are very friendly and social but also respect quiet time. Ellisha studys councelling and has almost finished her course. She loves to cook up a storm and go out for restaurant adventures. Kim is a lawyer, a martial-arts fanatic and a hugely passionate refugee rights activist. She also has a 12-year-old cat named Coco, who is a bit of a glam-puss but a very sweet little fluff ball. She spends 99% of her time outside, claiming the backyard as her own. With that in mind, unfortunately there will be no additional pets allowed. The house: Located on a dead end street, which means its very quiet, amongst lovely greenery. Between the community feel of Station St. and the lively music scene of High St. Close to Fairfield and Dennis train stations and has ample free street parking. The house is nothing flash, but it is cosy and has a great vibe ~ you instantly feel at home the second you walk in. All 3 rooms in the house are large and spacious, $681 per month (plus bond). As a housemate you must be: preferably between 27-35 years old, willing to stay LONG-TERM (no short-term backpackers), reliable with paying rent, mature but with the ability to have fun, tidy and chip in with relevant cleaning, respectful of space.
