“NOT ALL ABUSE IS PHYSICAL” – Emotional abuse is more harmful at times than physical abuse, wounds on the outside can be seen and treated to heal within weeks. But emotional abuse is on the inside and can last for years. You make excuses for the person and rationalize by saying well hes never put his hands on me, but what he did do caused severe damage on the inside destroying your confidence and your self-esteem.
