***NOT FOR SALE*** I just wanted to share the story of Baby and Billy with you. I dont know how old they are but I do know they are over 10 years old. Baby is a Lutino Cockatiel and for reasons unknown she is a feather plucker which is very unusual for Cockatiel ...other than that, everything is okay in her world. and then there is Billy who is a Whiteface Pied Cockatiel and Billy was taken in by my best friend several years ago. Whoever had him before severely wounded this little bird in a horrific way. They cut off over half of one of his wings in their attempt to clip his flight feathers but they had no clue what they were doing. When they done this to him the pain was excruciating Im sure and he bit them at which time they cut his top beak almost completely off as punishment. How he survived the blood loss and pain is a miracle. Hes such a good bird. He eats just fine and even whistles and talks up a storm but naturally he doesnt like being touched. He loves Baby and she loves him. The oddball couple in a perfect loving relationship and Im glad my best friend trusted me enough almost 4 years ago to let me care for them when she was no longer able too
