NOT MY WILL, BUT THE WILL OF THE FATHER!! John 6:37-38 KJV All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. Jesus did not work independently of God the Father, but in union with him. This should give us even more assurance of being welcomed into Gods presence and being protected by him. Jesus purpose was to do the will of God, not to satisfy Jesus human desires. When we follow Jesus, we should have the same purpose. HALLELUJAH!! Amen.
