You are also required to complete the DPPD form (one per school year) and have them signed by the Principal or Designee of the school district. Once signed by the Principal or Designee of the school district, you may then enter the DPPD hours into the MOECS. Make sure to retain the signed DPPD form(s) for auditing purposes by the OPPS, the DPPD form(s) would be requested to be submitted to us at that time.
