NOTE: MILLARD DAY PARADE INFORMATION: YOU MUST CONTACT LYNLEE via email at lmedhi@basement-beat if you are gonig to be in the parade, students will be walking/dancing and must wear your basement t-shirts/black or red shorts. Bring bottled water to keep you hydrated. Our Parade entry is #84 - The Basement Dance Studio Line up for the parade begins at Old "L" Street and Millard Ave. Please find the stake with your designated number. When lining up, please pull your vehicle even with the stake marking your number as we have a very large parade this year and space is reserved for you as per your request at the time of registration. The only way to enter the staging area is by entering from Anne Street or Oaks Lane. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE STAGING AREA FROM OLD L STREET OR MILLARD AVE. Traffic will move west along Old "L" Street ONLY. Please keep in mind that there is a large number of people that line up and walk along in the staging area so your cooperation is only going to make this day more enjoyable!! The parade begins promptly at 11:00 AM. Please plan on gathering at your staging area by 10:00 AM. Please keep in mind that Traffic through OLD "L" Street closes at 10:00 AM for safety reasons, that means anybody coming after that will have to WALK to their staging area. If your group has children, please make sure that there is somebody at the staging area that can accept drop offs. The only exception to the road being closed is to allow entry for the parade entries. DO NOT PARK YOUR CARS IN THE STAGING AREA IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE PARADE!!! Do not park in the Church parking lot or the park as there are entries that line up in those areas, you will have to find parking in the areas in the neighborhoods with the exception of Anne Street (No PARKING).
