NOTE – I went to go see the movie “Noah” yesterday and wanted to share this (I will not tell you about the movie): “The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The LORD regretted that He had made human beings on the earth, and His heart was deeply troubled. So the LORD said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD” – Genesis 6:5-8 God did say, never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth. “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live Holy and Godly lives” – 2 Peter 3:10-11 It’s in the Bible. It would be so awesome to know that we were found favorable in the eyes of the Lord. It would be so awesome to hear Him say, “Well done my good and faithful servant”. *Dear God help us to be found favorable in Your sight. Help us to take on the mind of Christ. Renew our minds and cleanse our hearts and make us more like You. We want to be ready when You come and we want to be pleasing in Your sight. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen!
