NOTICE OF 93rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the 93rd Annual General Meeting of The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India will be held on Thursday, 26th September 2013 at 4.00 p.m. at ASSOCHAM Office, 5, Sardar Patel Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110 021 to transact the following business : 1. To consider and adopt (i) the audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2013 and the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date; and (ii) the report of the auditors on the accounts thereon. 2. To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year, and to fix their remuneration. We shall be grateful for your confirmation for the same. A copy of the audited accounts is being mailed to the members separately.
