NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF THE SCHOOL OF PHILIPPINE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION INC. – QUEZON CITY (PSBA-QC) LOCATED AT 1029 AURORA BOULEVARD, BARANGAY LOYOLA HEIGHTS, QUEZON CITY WITH ZIP CODE 1109 Notice is hereby given that at Special Meetings held on 20 September 2013, the Board of Directors and the Stockholders owning and representing at least 98.99% of the outstanding capital stock of PSBA-QC unanimously approved the resolution to close PSBA-QC and all its educational programs effective at the end of classes on 18 October 2013, the end of the First Semester of Academic Year 2013-2014, due to serious business losses that have been sustained for the past eight (8) years, including the recently concluded fiscal year ending on 31 May 2013, and to the fact that the School is being operated by Atty. Benjamin P. Paulino, without an independent permit from the CHED, and without authority from PSBA Inc. - QC, who is the grantee of recognition by CHED. PSBA-QC will not be accepting students for enrollment for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2013-2014. All students from PSBA-QC can be accepted and accommodated at PSBA-Manila at 826 R. Papa Street, Sampaloc, Manila, subject to the usual admission requirements. Those students who are interested to transfer may submit their written requests to the Registrar’s Office of PSBA-Manila, beginning on 28 October 2013. Likewise, notice is given that PSBA-QC is constrained to terminate employment of the following: · All Academic personnel, effective at the close of business on 8 November 2013; and · All Non-Academic personnel, effective at the close of business on 29 November 2013. All those affected are requested to course any and all transactions through Dr. Jose F. Peralta, the duly elected President of PSBA - QC who for the time being can be reached at 826 R.
