NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE (Template) - Read the instructions below in blue and amend the Re and the date where required on your notice to suit your serviced court documents. ENSURE you DELETE the instruction box from the bottom to the Notice you will be serving/presentment to the court registry. Use BLUE ink for your SIGNATURE and if you can place your right thumb print in RED ink to the right hand side of your signature, but not covering any of the print or your signature. Make a photocopy of the original court docs and notice and staple your notice to the front of the originals (do exactly the same to your copy) take both to the registry and serve it on them and tell them you require to have this documentation (original) recorded within the file in relation to this matter. If the registrar or the clerk start asking questions, just tell them it a notice of conditional acceptance and you require your copies to be stamp with a proof of receipt. (it side tracks them a little, as you get your copy stamped court received) - Ensure you get your copy stamped and DO NOT ACCEPT BACK YOUR NOTICE...they have being served once the registry touches it. - Hope this helps! STAY OUT OF THEIR SO-CALL COURTS (Tribunals) and serve them a NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE. - Have fun people!
