NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE (Template) - Read the instructions below in blue and amend the Re and the date where required on your notice to suit your serviced court documents. If the registrar or the clerk start asking questions, just tell them it a notice of conditional acceptance and you require your copies to be stamp with a proof of receipt. (it side tracks them a little, as you get your copy stamped court received) - Ensure you get your copy stamped and DO NOT ACCEPT BACK YOUR NOTICE...they have being served once the registry touches it. - Hope this helps!
