NOTICE TO FACEBOOK FRIENDS: Dingo and I have recently activated the Kuringuy Dog Lobby ("KDL") which we have left sleeping for a couple of years. An organisation to represent the dogs of Ku-ring-gai our local government area in the North Shore of Sydney. We have about 110,000 residents and 15,000 dogs. Our local government is well out of order and after 20 years of dysfunction is sending us not quite broke but our finances are mess with services costs being pumped up to cover mismanagement. The Council is now moving against some of the much loved iconic organisations, like our preschool which we need to save. The basic thrust is to enjoin the dog owners and use our numbers to role a dysfunctional council. 500 is a large lobby group in this area and so if we can get a couple of thousand then we have some fun.
