NOTICE: The Community Watch has called upon many agencies that have jurisdiction to fully and impartially investigate the board members and employees of the Owners Association of Pirates Cove Resort, Inc. for fraud. Any posts to this page are being monitored and can be traced back to the origin they were posted. Those posting on this page using others names can also be traced back to the point of origin. Using other peoples names to post to this page is also considered fraud in this investigation. So far, we have many posts made to this page that are considered evidence in this investigation. We have given permission to track all posts made to this page back to the computer and location they came from. There are those in this association and involved therein as well as others associated with it who have falsely stated that there are no by-laws of this association that prevents them from holding positions in this association. That is in fact false. Anyone not owning property in this resort or whos property is not a part of the resort are indeed not eligible to hold any positions. That currently includes Jason England and JR Cavanaugh. Several board members, as well as several office employees, one posting as someone else, have repeatedly mocked, joked and made fun of the seriousness of the fraud that is going to be investigated in this matter. In addition, there are many other numerous fraudulent activities that have been committed by board members of this association. Make no mistake about it, there is going to be a full, complete and impartial investigation of this association, and those involved in the fraud that is evident. A list of alleged fraudulent activities of the members of this associations board and employees has been submitted to various agencies that have jurisdiction and is currently under review. The truth will be coming folks.
