Bryant Neville, Jr. 8/10 Memoir of a man made quadriplegic in an auto accident as a teenager. THE DAY THE WORLD CAME TO TOWN by Jim DeFoe 10/10 Account of the generosity of citizens in the Gander, Newfoundland area when thousands of passengers were emergently stranded there after 9/11. THE WORST HARD TIME by Tim Egan 9/10 Great account of the Dust Bowl years in KS, TX, OK. Many towns weve traveled through over the last year. THE FAULT IN OUR STARS by John Green 9/10 YA - Beautifully written story about two teens with cancer who meet via a support group. THE COLOR OF HEAVEN by Julianne McLean 6/10 This had great promise but was too long and very predictable. SKIN DEEP by Anne Hjelle 7/10 Memoir of woman attacked by a mountain lion while bicycling in Southern California.
