OW Social Media Manager for the Pinterest, Twitter & YouTube Social Media Networks Description: Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and growth of the Pinterest digital properties. o Work with internal teams to ensure all online content is fresh, relevant and in alignment with brand standards - Lead the development and creation of the quarterly editorial calendar for our digital platforms. Communicate with all departments to ensure they are represented online - Manage the maintenance and growth of our blog. o Review, edit, and approve editorial content as well as individual blog posts o Contribute timely and relevant blog posts as needed - Responsible for execution of SEO strategies and SEO optimizations as outlined by Director of Online Marketing o Manage SEO and keyword tracking with assistance from Marketing and Social Media Assistant - Drive the social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) using a combination of creativity and online best practices by coordinating w/ the CEO of the OW Crew. - Manage the Marketing Assistant in the day-to-day management of Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube accounts - Assist in managing the Google AdWords campaigns - Dive into online analytics (both website and social media) to identify trends that can be translated into actionable online and offline initiatives to drive customer acquisition o Provide monthly and quarterly reporting for all digital and social media platforms o Track the effectiveness of all online promotions against established objectives - Aggressively push for more online conversations with our social media followers, drive customer acquisition, and meet established KPIs. - Support the creation, design, and delivery of our Wrestling Club email newsletters and the OW Crew Magazine. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure that messaging is consistent with the OW brand, as well as program goals - Provide regular reporting to senior leadership team detailing our online actions and results - Approve, and if needed edit, all online content before it goes live. Oversee Q&A for all digital and social media platforms except for Facebook. Fix and address any issues as quickly as possible. - Assist all internal programs in adhering to best practices for their respective social media programs. - Expand social media presence into emerging platforms and digital destination - Oversee the roll-out and execution of all online content for the website and social media - Brainstorm promotions and contest for each social media portal, leveraging partnerships and content opportunities to drive engagement with our audiences - Manage the workflow between the Creative Services team and the Social Media team to create custom graphics on-time and in alignment with brand standards The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements: - Minimum of four years of digital and social media experience, either at an agency or in-house at a brand - Google Adwords certification is preferred, but not required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience developing digital and social media strategy and implementation - Thorough knowledge of SEO best practices and Search Engine Marketing - Demonstrated ability to use Google Analytics and Quantcast to develop new growth strategies - Proficient writer and editor, strong knowledge of grammar and the written word. o Experience writing in AP Style preferred, but not required. - Solid understanding of brand management and maintaining a consistent voice - Experience providing creative direction to internal and external marketing resources - Executional excellence that showcases attention to detail and adherence to deadlines and budgets - Brings passion and energy to the office each day - Flexible schedule.
