NOW HIRING – Social Media Executive •Creating and acquiring content related assigned accounts that aligns with strategy and policies •Publishing content to assigned accounts through Hootsuite to platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, G+, and any new connected platforms •Moderation of conversation which includes a. “when possible” deleting comments that doesn’t fit within policy b. replying to audience in an engaging way with proper Arabic and proper information •Reporting on assigned accounts which includes a. Alerts to highlight an incident when needed b. Daily end of shift report, which include the documentation of the actually posts and their engagement c. Weekly summary of daily reports d. Monthly report with insights about performance of assigned accounts that could be included in the marketing monthly reporting e. Per campaign reporting, to highlight success, risks, and recommendations f.
