NOW LET SOMEBODY PROVE ME WRONG IN THIS: astronomers and scientists at large ( i wish now not to be part of them in this) have brought us to believing that the earth is SPHERICAL in shape or to be most precisely, it is a spheroid( almost spherical in shape) i am now compelled to think that the earth is CYLINDRICAL!it just assumes a near spherical shape because it is rotating. REASON i begin with an analogy; spin a coin ( it is cylindrical in shape) and you will see a rotating sphere! the higher the speed of rotation, and the further you are from the spinning coin, the better the shape becomes spherical. astronomers observed telescopically members of the solar system and saw that they looked spherical and deduced that the earth being part of the solar system, it also had a spherical shape.i beg to disagree!. the contrary could be true: members of the solar system are cylindrical in shape. esteemed viewers, i need your comments and any constructive criticism in this.
