NOW LIVE: For the next hour we would like to get your views about choice at the end of life. We believe that right now, too many of us arent able to choose where wed like to die or the care we receive at the end of life. The government have asked a group of experts to carry out a review of what needs to happen to make choice at the end of life a reality. They’re asking for views on what they should recommend and we’d love your ideas on what we should say in response to this consultation. We would like to know what care choices do you think are most important to people approaching the end of life and what needs to change to ensure people’s care choice are met? A word about privacy: It is helpful for people affected by cancer to read about other people’s experiences. Knowing others are going through the same things and sharing tips for coping, can help people feel less alone. While we encourage you to share your experiences, it is important to remember this is a public page that can be seen by others. If you do not wish to share your situation with others, use the private message option.
