NP Pop Chips Processor The all new NP "Pop Chips Processor" - This new model offers fat-free puffed snacks. Using various varieties of base materials - users can choose to have a combination of two or more materials such as corn, rice, wheat or potato etc. Materials such as millet, oats or sesame seed can also be added onto the base to present a fat-free cereal-type snack. Optional ingredients such as non-cooked rice, dried vegetable or shrimp, and even seaweed can also be used to generate a totally different kind of product. However, pre-gelatinized granulated cereals are considered to be the most suitable material though. A notably value-added aspect to this new machine is that it offers 50% higher production capacity than the previous model. Processing time of each function and adjusting of temperature can be easily controlled using the PLC touch-panel, which is designed for easy-operating purpose. This “Pop Chip Processor” line will include a raw-material feeding system; with take away conveying system that can be easily operated with just a single operator - which translates to minimum man-power. Aside from the standard round, square and triangle shapes, fanciful shapes can also be achievable using the processor - simply by interchanging the shaping die. Adjusting of the base thickness is done without difficulty, as auto-programming of this function can be easily input into the PLC touch panel system. This NP line comes in various capacities – the single-unit model which could produce a capacity of 20 to 30kg per hour, ideal for R&D purposes. 4-headed type of 80kg per hour capacity, 8-headed and 12-headed models are also available with capacity over 200 kg per hour.
