NPTBC Corporate Improvement Plan 2014-17 Objective 4: Work with community transport operators to enhance and integrate their services to support local communities. How do they intend to meet this objective if all the buses heading West on Baglan Road in the morning can expect long delays because of the congestion caused by the closure? How can the X3 get to swansea bus station in 27min from Pentyla when it takes me almost as long to get onto a48 trunk road from Pentyla. How do the transport operators feel about all these services running late and using more fuel, eating into their profit? What is the impact on the air quality for nearby residents? We need answers?
