NSA was and is wiretapping the phones of Supreme Court Justices (Alito), 3-Star Generals (including Gen. Petraeus), candidates for public office (Obama as candidate), journalists, and anybody else that can be compromised by the secret police state. FISA must be repealed and compartmentalized black ops being used against the American people must be brought into the sunlight for public debate on the damages and costs to Freedom and Democracy. Accountability and oversight must be asserted or the Constitution will be rendered meaningless.
