Conditions and winds will ease from today, allowing for the best skiing conditions all season, although there will still be a few snow showers around. Make the most of the second week of the school holidays and hit up those slopes! It will be a fairly cloudy week from Wednesday 10th or Thursday 11th, however the first indications of rain look to be from about Saturday 13th. Unfortunately it looks like any snow in this system will be confined to the peaks due to a warm air mass associated with the system. However, indications are that a decent front will bring some snow from about Thursday 18th, topping up an increasingly healthy cover.
