NTPC facing coal crisis. Some thermal plants have only two days coal stocks. It will be difficult to transport coal in proper time, though it is being tried now. We must adopt energy conservation principles to face this situation. It will give some extra time for the process. Remember coal is not a renewable source of energy. We can not save coal by saving energy. Only we can do that we can use it for a longer period if we stop misusing electricity. It will give some extra years to explore other sources of energy if Govt. is interested in investment in power generation through renewable energy sources. Save energy to use energy for a longer period.
