NTV NEWS UPDATE LWAKATAKA CASE UPDATE Motor sport champion Ponsiano Lwakataka and his co-accused Abdul Mukiibi have been remanded to prison on charges of threatening violence against a police officer. This comes after they appeared before a fully packed court room in Rakai. The case could not take off because of the absence of the grade one magistrate at Kalisizo court, Suzan Awidi whose car got a mechanical problem as she travelled from Kampala to Rakai. The two face charges of assaulting, threatening violence and obstructing a police constable.
