NUTTY-TRIFLE Try this trifle pudding DESI SHTYLE! 100 Gms Any dry Fruit Barfi...Cashwe/Almond/Pistachio 1-2 Tbsp Thandai Concentrate 1 Cup Milk, Chilled 1 Cup Rabadi, cooked earlier till thick with rice,milk,elaichi powder & a little sugar and cooled at room temperature GARNISH Saffron soaked in milk Crushed Dry Fruits Edible Silver Foil METHOD Slice the burfi into thin long slices. Keep them all evenly sliced and as thin as it would stay without crushing. Set aside. Churn the Thandai concentrate with the cold milk. Use sugar if needed. Layer Barfi slices in individual cups/glasses. Spoon a layer with the Thandai. Scoop the thick prepared rabdi on top, spreading it evenly. Soak with an other layer of Barfi and finally ending with another spoon of Thandai milk. Place the silver foil delicately on top. Sprinkle nuts, a couple of drops of saffron milk and serve chilled.
