Nadim is going to be a U-M Engineer in the fall. He just won the grand prize at the Detroit Science Fair with his laser stabilization system and an all expense paid trip to L.A. to participate in the international science fair. His system uses a webcam to detect the laser and calculate its center of mass. If the laser changes position, the webcam detects this and sends a signal to the motorized mirror mount to automatically return the laser to its original position.
