Weather Issued at: 5:00 p.m., 16 September 2013 At 4:00 pm today, the center of Tropical Depression "ODETTE" was estimated based on all available data at 930 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (17.2°N,132.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 7 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern luzon and Visayas.
