Namaste Chandigarh ! Have you ever visited a Beauraucrat in his work environs ? Meaning have you ever been inside a government office ? From the onset you are welcomed by junked cars,jeeps ,trucks ,and all kinds of hundred year old building material , which the Beauraucrat is afraid to get rid of , lest there be an enquiry held against him for some pathetic reason -- turning their back bones to jelly -- they have blinders on ... Upon entering does it not give you a feeling of walking into a dirty hole ? Files in the corridor , files in the office , partitions made of files , all loaded into cheap do it yourself metal rack shelves , covered with the dirt of inefficiency , and reeking of babu apathy ? The toilets stink of urine , and being usually located at the entrance or next to the lifts , the smell burns a hole into your nasal memory banks ! Ugh The BIG BABU , the SAHIB , comes and goes from his office daily ( some actually dont go to office at all ) and never sees this plethora of ugliness ! BUT , Times are a Changing ....... Narendra Modi has instructed all government offices to clean up their act and work places - clear out the files , get rid of the junk and maintain hygiene in all Government offices !!!! Fabulous - excellent - amazing --- Close your eyes people and take a deep breath --- There is Fresh Wind of Change in the air ..... Finally we can shout from the roof tops .. Yeh Dil Mange More ....... Jai Ho !
