Namaste Madhu. Yesterday was my first day of meditation after joining this group. Though I have tried meditating several times before, it was just a failure. But yesterday was a very special experience for me :) I am 38 weeks pregnant and expecting my babys arrival anytime. I put on a music uploaded my one of the member of the grp which was recorded to play for 10 minutes and I started with concentrating on my breathing. Thoughts came and were going. After 10 minutes music stopped but I was enjoying what I was doing and so continued concentrating on my breath. During this time , for a second I saw my babys picture:) it was an out of world feeling and something I never expected to happen on first day of meditation. Later I tried searching again to see but couldnt. However saw a lot of colours:). Then I believe I was in kind of some trance and felt like I was floating, being completely unaware of anything happening in outside world. I started meditation at 3.15 pm and when I opened my eyes it was 4.00 pm. I am quite sure I didnt go to sleep but neither was completely awake. Felt very calm and very happy after meditation. What I want to know from you maam is that the picture of my baby I saw was because I keep thinking about baby throughout the day or in meditation such miracle can happen? Was that vision true? Am really very curious and excited to understand the reason behind that vision :) I also want to know the ideal time period for a pregnant women to meditate. Thank u for guiding me and many of us :)
