Both my darling husband of 40 years and me have medical conditions.our next cruise will be number three for us and we have not seen it necessary to take insurance before. With our newly diagnosed medical conditions both heart and blood pressure we have decided we need medical insurance. Does anyone have any advice on which policy we should use.we want to go snorkelling in Cozumel. This is on our bucket list but want to know if medical insurance for people in their late 60s is available and if we should take it. Do you or anyone else have advice please. I always recommend travel insurance but wondered if anyone had any specific advice as to there questions. Thanks so much in advance Cheers
