Namupala, Haitope win final Victory Races Reonard Namupala and Lavinia Haitope won the Elite Men and Women’s categories at the final leg of the 2013 Old Mutual Victory Races in Windhoek on Saturday. Namupala completed the 21km half marathon in one hour five minutes 20 seconds, to finish nine seconds ahead of Johannes Naitembu, while Frans Hosea came third another second behind in 1:05:30. Haitope was a comfortable winner of the Elite Women’s category winning in a time of 1:11:39, with Anna Amutoko coming second in 1:12:57 and Sarty Eshitile third in 1:16:40. (Namibia Sport)
