Nana Akomea writes: The confusion and sheer ineptitude in govt never stops, whether it is in economic management, football or administration. The Korle Bu CEO is removed by a minister of state. Two weeks later, a new minister of state reinstates the ceo. Three days later, the president removes the same CEO. Obviously the first minister didnt consult the president. The second minister didnt consult the predecessor, or the president. The president also publicly slaps the second minister by overriding him. Question is, who appoints the Korle Bu ceo? Is it the board, or the sector minister, or the president? And why cant the appointing authority just be allowed to do its job? Aside the amusing comedy in govt, the real question is, if even this is being handled so clumsily, how can govt handle weightier matters of the deficit, the cedi, unemployment etc.......
