Naqash hospitalized, spokesperson demands immediate release =>Hurriyat Conference Jammu Kashmir spokesperson Sunday expressed serious concern over the deteriorating health of amalgam leader and chairman Islamic Political Party Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in jail where from he has been admitted in SMHS hospital Srinagar. In a statement he warned that if any untoward happens with the leaders, government will be responsible. Condemning the continuous detention of Shabir Ahmad Shah, Nayeem Ahmad Khan,Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Shabir Ahmad Dar, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash, Moulana Abdullah Taari, Muhammad Yasin Ataai, Zameer Ahmad, Bilal Ahmad, Waheed Ahmad and other pro-freedom leaders, the spokesperson demanded immediate release of all leaders and activists and said authorities are “deliberately playing with the health of resistance leaders in jails. ”HCJK while paying glowing tributes to Mahaz-e-Azadi patron Late Sofi Muhammad Akbar on his 27th death anniversary said he dedicated his whole life for the freedom movement of Kashmir and remained steadfast in his mission. “Sofi Muhammad Akbar Sahab kept the torch of freedom illuminating despite so many hurdles and hardships and his example is worthy to follow,” he said.(KNS)
