Narayani (Nani) Chimoriya shares many characteristics with her name sake. Narayani is the name of the river and of a goddess. The mythical incarnation of Narayani is the combined manifestation of three Hindu goddesses-Lakshmi (wealth and adundance), Durga (Mother and warrior) and Saraswathi (learning and music). Nani moved to Melbourne in March 2008, at the age of 22 from her home city of Kathmandu, Nepal, in order to surrport her family fiancially and pursue an enhanced University education to build her career. Thats why many Nepalese students go overseas she says I had studied Business Management and couldnt find a job, and I wanted to help my parents and make my future. A big part of why I love working at Lentil is helping others by providing my services and knowledge to the people. Its such a multicultural organisation, helping the community through unity in diversity. Im proud to be part of it. For Nanis full story and many other of the Lentilians, aswell as a ton of delicious recipes .. ow.ly/Cj13A
