Narcissistic personality disorder: A disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those who suffer from NPD believe that theyre superior to others and have little regard for other peoples feelings. They like so much to be centre of attention, regardless of the context being positive or negative. With a tendency to over exadurate, impairing relationships and leading to isolation. Diagnosis for thought.
