Narcotics Search Warrant / Honey Oil Lab On Friday, August 15, 2014, deputies assigned to the Menifee Police Department Special Enforcement Team served a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence on the 23400 block of Casa Bonita Ave., in the city of Menifee. During their search of the residence, deputies located multiple subjects who were under the influence of a controlled substance and also in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. In addition, the resident of the location was found to be in possession of a firearm and ammunition for which he is prohibited from possessing. Further investigation revealed the resident was also operating a Honey Oil Lab, as he was actively extracting concentrated cannabis. As a result of the search warrant and investigation, the following individuals were arrested and booked at the Southwest Detention Center: Arthur Pritchard - 47-year-old resident of Menifee, was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, felon in possession of ammunition and felon in possession of ammunition. Michael Fairfax - 34-year-old resident of Murrieta, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Patrick Sanders - 50-year-old resident of Palm Desert, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
