Narendra Modi has just been elected as Prime Minister in India. And like with the election of Tony Abbott in Australia I truly believe this man has not told the truth to the Indian people. Of what his real agenda for that country is. Notable Indian activists like Arundhati Roy have bitterly opposed his campaign, because this man is worse in so many ways than Tony Abbott, if such a thing is possible. He is not just the leader of the BJP but a member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) a far right paramilitary Hindu fundamentalist organisation which has been attacking and massacring moslems and christians in India. Tony Abbott may be a far right ideologue intent on dismantling social welfare in Australia but he is NOT linked to mass murders. When Narendra Modi was State Minister for Gujarat he was linked to the massacre of over 1,000 moslems in communal riots in that state. I posted a video on another site last month in which a journalist in a sting operation secretly filmed men from the RSS who were involved in those killings. They stated on camera that Narendra Modi had given them free licence to do what they liked for 3 days and held off sending in the police during that time. Whilst they did not say that he actually gave the orders for the massacres, they referred to him as the boss. It is a horrifying film, reminiscent of the perpetrators talking about the massacres in Rwanda. The way they casually talk about killing innocent women and children. The US government at one point most certainly believed he was involved. So much so that they denied him visa entry to the US for a number of years. It was only when he ran for Prime Minister that they lifted this banning order. However last November a bill was proposed by a number of brave Congresspeople to have the ban re-instated. Obviously the US government now has to do business with this man, but for sure they know a lot about his involvement in these massacres. This is the man who is now the Prime Minister of India. abc.net.au/news/2014-05-16/narendra-modi-declares-victory-in-indian-election/5457900
