Narrative Report November 11, 2013 I was departed from lianga at 2:30 pm going to Tagum City. And I went directly to my uncle at Carmen and stay for a night. November 12, 2013 I decided to go to my girlfriend’s house to inform her family that I have my On the Job Training in Tagum City and to ask her parents to go with me, help to find a boarding house. November 13, 2013 I went to Enterprise bank Incorporated (EBI) to submit my papers and to know my schedule of my OJT. Then I talk the manager with warm approach and then she accept me pleasantly, and she told me that I will start my duty tomorrow, November 14, 2013 at exact 8:00 am, So I am glad to hear it, then after that I find my boarding house but before I go out in the office, there’s one employee of the bank that offers me that there are available rooms where he rent, and I grab it. And then I go there and talk the landlady and she discussed some rules and regulations and the cost per month and we deal it. November 14, 2013 this is my first day of my OJT, lot of things happened, early in the morning I prepared myself on my first day. And when I was in the Office the manager told me that I assigned under the new account area. Then the officer there told me, my first job is to check and separate the checks base on the same sign and after that I encode the checks number and the amount. Bundles of checks I encode but I enjoy it and also help cutting bundles of supervisory receipt. November 15, 2013 I was continuing encoding checks and that my job in the whole day. The reason why I didn’t finish, it is because it so many and I’m not faster in encoding it to the computer and also I’m too careful encoding the checks number and the amount. November 16, 2013 this day is my rest day, in the morning I was cleaning my room and buy some foods. And in the afternoon my girlfriend’s family invited me to go with them in mall having some fun. In the evening we go to the trade center buy some needs and we take our dinner there and I was so very happy I enjoy bonding with them. And after that I went home at exact 9:00 pm. November 17, 2013 this day I wash my clothes and continuing cleaning my room and in the afternoon I prepared myself going to church to worship. November 18, 2013 I continue my work what I’ve didn’t finish last Friday and I finish it at exact 11:0 but I thought I was done but the new account officer she forgot told me to instruct encode also the date of every checks and that’s my job for the whole day. November 19, 2013 I continuing encoding the checks and I finish it after that I print it. November 20, 2013 this day I separated again the check and encode it. November 21, 2013 this day I was assign in a loan area because there was a meeting the management to this branch in office. My job was typing a consumer’s loan and promise sorry note using the typewriter. November 22, 2013 I continued separating a check and finally it was done in the afternoon. November 23, 2013 this day I wash my clothes and in the afternoon I go to the market to buy some foods. November 24, 2013 this day I go to church, I go to the mall, and in the evening I stay to my room because the rain was so heavy. November 25-29, 2013 these days I was encoding again a checks and that’s my job within 5 days. November 30, 2013 early in the morning I go to church for worshiping, and in the afternoon I go to limbaan to the house of my girlfriend, I help them to their bakery. December 01, 2013 this day we was packing a bread for preparing to be deliver, and in the afternoon my girlfriend and I was feeding their pigs, and then I prepared my things for tomorrows job. December 02, 2013 in the morning we all the employees were gathered inside the bank for the weekly meeting prayer, and after I have no work because there are some employees used the computer, and in the afternoon, I print the checks that I was encoded. December 03, 2013 in the morning I continued printing and I finished it at exact 11a.m, and in the afternoon I cut it account by account. December 04, 2013 this day I continued cutting the checks account that I was encoded, and post it to their perspective account checks, and in the afternoon the CD supervisor, asked me to be with him, for collecting, and then we asked the branch head for the authorization and we did, that’s why we go to Mabeni municipality. December 05, 2013 my work by this day was only wrapping the gifts for the Saturday’s celebration a Christmas party day. December 06, 2013 this day I was arranged the new checks, and that’s my job for the whole day. December 07, 2013 this day I and all the EBI employees go to samal island for island hopping we go home at exactly 6p.m. December 08, 2013 this day I was cleaning my room washing my clothes and wait for the arrival of my father. And then he was at my boarding house we discussed some important matter and then he left go to surigao in our town because he was came form davao. December 09, 2013 in the morning we made the weekly prayer meeting and I have no much work to this day because my work was done last Friday, I was only helping the officers to their job like getting some papers to the BOO, for their used. December 10, 2013 this day my job was filing all the application form of the clients for the ATM I file it based on its date. December 11, 2013 this day I was challenged because I was starting filled up the O.R and it has so many bundles to be. December 12-13, 2013 these days I continued filled up the official receipt. December 14, 2013 this day I was in my girlfriend’s house, I help them in their bakeshop in packing breads and in the afternoon we go to my cousin’s house. December 15, 2013 this day I was still in my girlfriend’s house helping them in their bakeshop. December 16, 2013 this day I’m not go to the office because I suddenly feel my stomach aching that’s why I rest in a whole day. December 17, 2013 when I was arrive at the office the supervisor told me not to work too much because she know that I have a stomachache yesterday, but I work in but not in the pressure way. December 18, 2013 this day I continue my job in filling up the official receipt and that’s my work in a whole day. December 19, 2013 this day I continued filling up the official receipt and I finish it in afternoon and after that’s my new job is separating the checks based on its account number and its signed. December 20, 2013 my job is filling the check based on its account number and account signature. December 21, 2013 I decided to go my girlfriend’s house and usual helping them in their bakeshop and treat my injury I my arms because of playing basketball. December 22, 2013 my girlfriends and I go to New Corella to buy some supply for the use to their bakery, and after that I repaired motor cycle because it’s lost its break. December 23, 2013 this day I segregated all of the checks that have the same account number, and its signature. December 24, 2013 I was at my boarding house I cleaned my room and play my phone and I prepared myself for tomorrow. December 25, 2013 since we have no work right now, I go to Limbaan to help their bakeshop. December 26, 2013 I go to my boarding house to prepare a wedding gift of the cousin of my girlfriend because tomorrows will their wedding. And I have an authorization to my supervisor and to our branch head. December 27, 2013 the family of my girlfriend and I went to monkayo to attend a wedding ceremony to her cousin. December 28, 2013 this day I was cleaning my room, my clothes and in the afternoon I went to church to worship. December 29, 2013 this day I decided to go San Roque to my cousins house to spent my New Year but my girlfriend told me to be with her to the New year day, I appreciate it but this day I went San Roque. December 30, 2013 in the morning I talk to my cousin having conversation some important matters and he asks me about the status of my OJT, and in the afternoon I decided to go Limbaan. December 31, 2013 in the morning I help their bakeshop because lot of bread to be prepared for delivery of it and then in the afternoon we start to prepare the food for the celebration of the New Year. January 01, 2014 this day the only things we did is eating, watching TV and sleeping and in the evening I was preparing the things for the job tomorrow. January 02, 2014 early in the morning, I prepared myself for the job, and when I was there we gathered inside the bank to perform the weekly prayer meeting and then I started encode a check and that’s the whole thing I did this day. January 03, 2014 this day I decide to go my cousins house because I’m not feeling well, I stay there for medication. January 04, 2014 this day I help my cousin to his work, and in the afternoon I call my parent to inform then that I’m okay and after that I relax and sleep. January 05, 2014 this day I go to my girlfriend’s house and in the afternoon I decided to my boarding house and then I buy some foods for the consumption this week, I prepared my things for the job tomorrow. January 06, 2014 I go to office, we prepare for the weekly meeting ceremony and I lead the prayer and then after that I start encode and that my job in whole day. January 07, 2014 this day I was continue my job and after the office hours the male employees of the branch decide to play basketball after work. January 08, 2014 this day I was continued encode the check and in the evening I go to market to buy some foods for my consumptions for this week. January 09, 2014 I continued again encoding the check and then I go church to worship. January 10, 2014 this day I was continue my job to encode and after office hours I go to New Corella to visit my cousin and my girlfriend. January 11, 2014 this day I wash my clothes and after that I go to my girlfriend’s house and I help to their bakeshop then we buy some supplies for their bakeshop. January 12, 2014 I was helped and still in my girlfriend house and as usual our daily routine when I’m at their place, packing breads and after that feeding their pigs. January 13, 2014 in the morning we have a prayer meeting and then start our each job and in afternoon I have no work because our CD supervisor use the computer. January 14, 2014 this day I was continuing my job and it was almost done and in the afternoon also I prepared some continues papers for the use of printing. January 15, 2014 I continued again to encode a check and finally it was done in this day. January 16, 2014 in the morning I have no work since the computer was use by the employees of the branch and in the afternoon I was started to print it. January 17, 2014 I continued printing and then some of the employees wanted to use the computer and then I stop and grant them to use it and when they finish I go back and continue to print. January 18, 2014 this day I stay my whole day to my boardinghouse, I clean my room and wash my clothes and in the evening I go to market to buy foods. January 19, 2014 in the morning I go to church and when I was came back to my boarding house and ask my landlady to please extend my payment of my rent and she grant me automatically and then I prepared my things for my job tomorrow. January 20, 2014 when I was arriving at the office it is exactly the meeting prayer for the week and then our manager asks me to lead again the prayer and then after that I proceed to my job I continued to printing. January 21, 2014 this day I was continuing again my job. January 22, 2014 this day I was posting a data to the official receipt, I get the information to the posting transaction and put it to the official receipt and that’s my job for the whole day. January 23, 2014 I continued my work as I posting the transaction data to the O.R. January 24, 2014 I absent this day because I’m not feeling well. January 25, 2014 this day I stay my boarding house, I clean my room and washing my clothes. January 26, 2014 this day I go to church worship and after that I go to the market to buy some foods and in the evening I prepared my things for tomorrow. January 27, 2014 this day my work was filing some documents and that’s my job for the whole day. January 28, 2014 this day my work was making an O.R. January 29, 2014 this day I continued my work as I made an O.R. January 30, 2014 This day is my last day in my OJT, in the morning I continue my job as I filled up an O.R and some employees ask me and say that’s congratulations and good luck and then in the afternoon the BOO and our Manager told me to take and EBI examination, I answered it and then I start to say goodbye and thank you for their kindness and the advises that they give me.
