Nathan and I checked out the off-road Suswa route today for the Narok Motorcycle Ride. Took 2:15 to ride it with no real stops, just a min here and there to check the map. Needed a jump start once, but we only stopped for 2-3 min. So if you literally did it without a single stop, you could do it in 2hr flat. Add a few photo ops, slow down for the slow riders, one or two go down at some point, bike with road tyres stuck in the powder dirt (there is a lot of it) and diversion to the satellites, it could easily take 4 hours.
