National Call for Action Less than 24 hours , the Prime Minister of Vanuatu will be addressed in the Annual Session of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ( UNHRC ) in Geneva , Switzerland . His speech will highlight the issue of rights violations that happened in Papua since annexed by the Republic of Indonesia . In connection with the plan , the people of Papua will perform a moral action to support the speech of Prime Minister of Vanuatu who had been due to take place simultaneously in Jayapura and Jakarta on March 4, 2014 .
