National Council for Freedom and Enterprise Dear Fellow Patriot, More than 10 months have passed since the deadly attack in Benghazi, yet the American people have still received no answers to the questions the incident raised. Two American facilities were heavily damaged and four American patriots were left dead after an attack by over a hundred heavily armed fighters on the night of September 11th, 2012. At 10:00 pm (EET), an estimated 150 heavily armed men utilizing diesel canisters, truck mounted artillery, anti-aircraft machine guns, assault rifles, hand grenades, and mortars launched a coordinated attack against a diplomatic compound and the nearby CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya on the night of September 11th, 2012. The onslaught lasted almost 4 hours, yet the only aid the beleaguered Americans fighting off the attack received from the U.S. government was a single surveillance drone. The scarce details of what actually happened on that fateful night are certainly unclear. In what would appear to be an Obama administration cover-up, gag orders were issued to survivors, social media sites were censored, and there was very little in-depth coverage of Benghazi by the liberal media. Questions are certainly more forthcoming than answers. Top Obama administration officials put great effort into painting the attack as a spontaneous response to a recently released anti-Muslim documentary. But how successfully the attack was executed, witness testimony, and the evidence (gathered by independent investigators) all point to an organized terrorist strike. So why did top officials spend so much time denying that the attack on Benghazi was a terrorist attack? Why haven’t we heard from survivors of the attack? Why has the liberal media avoided the topic of a Benghazi cover-up? The fact that there was a massive cover-up has become blatantly obvious to those of us who look closely, yet it would seem we may never find out what the Obama administration hid from the people. Government accountability and justice for those Americans whose lives were lost have both been thrown to the wind. This latest scandal is a disturbing development, but not surprising considering Obama’s track record of scandals and failures throughout his past 5 years in office.
