National Forecast from Met Éireann. 15 July 2013 08:41 Today Warm and mainly dry today. More cloud about today, but some sunny spells will develop - best in parts of the south and east of the country. Top temperatures 18 to 25 C., - highest over east Munster and south Leinster. Light southwesterly winds, will be locally moderate variable in sea breezes today. Tonight Tonight will be mild and close. Some clear spells, but rather cloudy overall, with patches of drizzle, mist and fog in places. Lowest temperatures of 11 to 15 degrees in little or no wind. Tomorrow Warm again tomorrow, Tuesday, with the same mixture of cloudy periods and sunny intervals. The best of the sunshine is likely to be over east Munster and Leinster. Top temperatures of 19 to 25 C.. Winds will be light to moderate southwesterly, but with local sea breezes along the east and south coasts. Outlook The fine summer weather will continue for the rest of the week and next weekend. It will remain dry all the time except for the odd summer shower and some light rain near northwest coasts on Wednesday. Wednesday might be rather cloudy as well in the north and west, but otherwise there will be plenty of sunshine. On Wednesday, temperatures will reach values between 20 and 25 degrees, but from Thursday onwards it will become very warm or hot again. The west will be the hottest part of the country, with maximum temperatures in the high twenties again. In the east and south, onshore easterly winds will keep it a bit less warm and afternoon temperatures here will generally be in the low to mid twenties. Nights will be close and humid and fog will form in some areas, but any fog will clear during the morning.
