National Revolutionary Party president Cosmo Mumba has casted his elder Brother MMD leader Dr Nevers Mumba for calling for the blood of acting chief justice Lombe Chibesakunda. The opposition leader is demand for the immediate resignation of Chibesakunda whom they say is illegally occupying the office as she has passed the retirement. But Mumba, wondered why he is calling for the resignation of Lombe Chibesakunda when he did not resign as vice president as his appointment was by late levy Mwanawasa was illegal having lost the 2001 elections.
