National Rural DevelopmentProgram (NRDP) VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Manager Microfinance NRDP envisions sustainable economic development by creating opportunities for people to escape out of poverty and improve their lives. NRDP is not for profit organization working in rural and urban slums of Pakistan. The Institution has its mandate to provide financial and non financial services to the poor and vulnerable segments of society to improve their economic conditions. NRDP has planned to expand its geographical coverage to new areas of Pakistan. In this regard, we are looking for the qualified candidates to fill in the following positions on permanent basis at NRDP’s Head Office, Narowal. 1. Manager Microfinance Job Type: Permanent Number of Post: 01 (One) Location: Head Office, Narowal Required Education and Experience Masters in Finance, Economics, Social Sciences/MS Skills Required Excellent skills in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of microfinance program Ability to manage microfinance initiatives with good reporting skills Ability of data analysis, having good data collection and interviewing skills Ability of stake holder analysis Willing for extensive field work 3 to 5 years’ of working experience with reputable MFI in Microfinance and enterprise development Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities includes following: Monitor microfinance activities, progress towards achieving the project output; Coordinates with Branch managers regarding targets and achievements according to set procedures; Responsible for development of key performance indicators of microfinance program Development of different reports including various analysis, lessons learned and case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project; Develop data base and provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Management Team, Suggest strategies to the Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of microfinance program by identifying bottlenecks, Responsible for capacity building of microfinance operational team with the support of manager HR according to the plans, methodologies and skills for smooth implementation of program, Note: Women, disabled and minority candidates will be appreciated.
