National Solidarity Party Sometime ago, during our regular walkabout in the Mountbatten area we noticed spalling concrete which had broken off from the ceiling outside a flat and landed on the walkway. The corroded steel bars in the ceiling slab were exposed. We duly notified Marine Parade Town Council about this and asked them to take rectification actions on the affected area.
