Naturally Im like everyone else that doesnt do this very often but today felt like a good day to express whats going on. The Weaver family got a little smaller last week and its been a rough loss for all of us. A lot of my friends have noticed Ive been especially quiet these last few days. Dear Family, Though I am the quiet one of the family, my thoughts are very loud. The love I have for each and every one of you couldnt ever be contained. The past two days have been beautifully challenging for us all. Uncle Ed would be proud to see us all together and going through this like the Weaver family would. We are so blessed with many wonderful people to share such a troubling time with, friends or family. I wouldnt trade any of you for the world. It doesnt matter how little we talk or how much we see each other, youre always in my heart and our memories keep us close. Im not there today to see the service and to say our final goodbyes but Im there in spirit. Youre all on my mind, and I wish I was with you on such a hard day to absorb. As tribute to Ed, I will wear all black and my pall-bearer gloves. He would tell me many stories if I ever skipped class so I will go in memory of him. It doesnt feel right wearing jeans when I know all of you will be dressed. It was a great honor to carry Ed with you my cousins. I wont ever forget the moment we shared. Having a loss of a family member is a heavy burden, and we know this because we still carry grandma with us. Now Ed will will be coming along for the ride! Probably telling us how to carry him and telling us random stories long the journey. I love you all. So so much. I hope that today is wonderful in the city! Thank you Jan for being our shining star. Thank you to the entire family to being everything I could ask for. Thank you to all the friends that came out the last two days. We will miss you greatly, Uncle Ed.
